Haig Flashoff

Haig Flashoff Managing Director

Haig is Hawke’s Bay born & bred and has 12 years experience in the IT services field, with a strong focus on SMB’s and the rural sector.  Haig enjoys the challenges presented in customised IT solutions, and is skilled in the alignment and integration of IT into business process and best practice. In 2004 Haig created MINT Technology Ltd with an eye to provide Hawke’s Bay businesses with premium local support, and he takes pride in his company’s ability to do so.

Amy Flashoff

Geoff Cuthbert Technical Manager

Geoff has 14 years experience in the computer industry.  He spent 13 years living in London and worked for a number of large investment institutions.  Geoff has provided computer support for the various business units within investment banks, ranging from high pressure trading floors to small satellite offices.  Geoff returned to the Hawke’s Bay in 2009 and is looking forward to supporting the unique needs of businesses in the area.

Bryce Jerebine Service Engineer

Bryce joined Mint in May 2010 and has over 5 years of 1st and 2nd level IT systems support. He brings vast experience developing and integrating core business and operational systems for a wide range of businesses in New Zealand, the UK and Ireland. Bryce has an expert level skill in all Microsoft Office applications and can train staff in their best use. Bryce has a good working knowledge of SQL/Access and has created several custom databases. Bryce is equally at home in Windows and Linux environments. Bryce’s family has made Hawke’s Bay their home.

Jessica Collis Office Manager

Jessica started at MINT in February 2010 with past administration experience in the legal field. Having lived in Hawkes Bay all her life, Jessica is enjoying contact with the businesses that help make the area what it is.
